Issabel is a free and open-source unified communications server software based on Asterisk that integrates IP PBX, email, instant messaging, fax, and collaborative features. It has a web interface and includes functionalities such as a call center software with predictive dialing.
To install it, you can use the script provided by the official project. Simply create a new RockyLinux 8 server and log in via SSH/console to run the following:
# yum -y install wget && wget -O - http://repo.issabel.org/issabel5-netinstall.sh | bash
The installation process will begin—choose your desired options and fill in the information requested by the installer. Once the process is complete, you'll have Issabel ready to work with.
