At Clouding there is only one thing in our infrastructure that's more important than giving you the best performance and that is the stability and integrity of your data.
That is why our platform includes the Disaster Recovery function as standard for all our customers and at no additional cost.
What is Disaster Recovery?
It is a Clouding functionality that saves the status of your server every 24 hours, and keeps it for 48 hours, so you can revert to a previous state in case of any problem.
How does Disaster Recovery work?
Our system automatically creates an instant shot - similar to a Snapshot - of your cloud server every 24 hours and saves it in our Disaster Recovery system.
The snapshot is created in a few seconds and does not affect the performance of your server.
Once created, you can use it to revert your cloud server to an earlier state whenever you want to.
Reverting your server to a previous state is a very fast process, since the Disaster Recovery system is designed to recover a system very quickly.
Do I have to do something to activate Disaster Recovery?
No, this functionality is activated for all Clouding cloud servers when they are created, therefore no action is necessary to activate it.
