During server startup, you can choose which Kernel installed on the server you want to use by selecting it from GRUB. Therefore, you will need to access the emergency console for the server in question from the Clouding panel.
First, log in to the Clouding Portal and click the server name. Then click the "Consola de emergencia" tab to open a new tab with the console, where you should see something similar to this:
Next, click the button in the upper-right corner of the image labeled “Send CtrlAltDel” (this button sends a signal to the machine to restart it). While it is restarting, you can interrupt system startup and open the boot menu during the boot process of GRUB.
Click the button and then hold down the SHIFT (Shift ⇧) key on your keyboard until the following screen appears (on Debian/Ubuntu or CentOS it may look slightly different, especially the colors):
Finally, use the arrow keys to select "Advanced options for..." and press Enter. You will then see the list of Kernels installed on the server. Select the one you want and press Enter:
Once you press Enter, the operating system will boot with the selected Kernel.
