The emergency console is the equivalent of a monitor, keyboard and mouse connected directly to your cloud server.
All Clouding.io Cloud Servers include this feature by default and at no extra cost.
Note
This access method is intended to be used in a timely manner and does not replace access methods such as remote desktop or SSH. Since these access methods are much faster and more efficient than the emergency console.
Problems you can solve with the emergency console
Here are some examples of situations where having the emergency console can really help you out!
Configuration changes
If you are making changes to the network settings on your cloud server and you make a change that causes your server to lose the internet connection on Clouding.io, it won't be a problem, just use the emergency console to access your server and correct the changes you have made so that it recovers the connection.
Access problems
Are you having problems with your usual access system? For some reason you don't know, is your server not allowing you to access via SSH or remote desktop? No problem, the emergency console is a totally direct access that does not depend on operating system protocols to connect.
Startup problems
Have you rebooted your cloud server and are stuck in a reboot loop? Clouding.io's emergency console works from the moment your cloud server is turned on, so you can fix startup problems just like you would with a server you had at home.
