By default, VestaCP provides FTP access, which uses the same credentials as the panel’s “admin” user, which by default are also the same as those for the “root / administrator” user
Therefore, to access the domains configured under the “admin” user via FTP, you would need to enter the following details:
Server / Host: Server IP address or a domain name hosted on it
Username: admin
Password: The same as for the admin / root / administrator users
In addition to access for the admin user, you may have created other users, Usuario2 in the following example, with their own domains. To access these domains via FTP, you would need to enter these details:
Server / Host: Server IP address or a domain name configured under Usuario2
Username: Usuario2
Password: The same one you configured for Usuario2
In both cases, you can find each domain’s web data at the path /web/nombredeldominio.com/public_html/
Note
In VestaCP, you can also add additional FTP users, who will have their own login credentials and limited access to the data of the domain where they have been configured.
