🧾 What documentation do we need?
If you are based in Spain:
• Individuals: DNI, NIE or NIF
• Companies or freelancers: NIF/CIF or a valid tax identification number
If you are based outside Spain:
• Individuals: country ID or passport
• Companies : Tax ID, full legal company name, fiscal adress in your country of origin
This information is essential to issue invoices that comply with legal requirements and to ensure proper tax management.
⚠️ What happens if you don’t provide it?
Without a valid tax number, we cannot issue invoices over €400, and certain limitations will apply to your use of the platform until the issue is resolved.
