When you make a payment, manually or with Auto-Recharge, the system will issue an invoice for that amount. All invoices are available in the control panel, where you can view and download them.
To view and download your invoices, click on 'ACCOUNT'. In the 'Orders and Invoices' section. Under the column 'Actions' are all the invoices in pdf format in chronological order. You can download them immediately. Each invoice that is issued and that you have available in your control panel, you will also receive it to the e-mail with which you have registered in Clouding.
The balance of your account will be updated according to the consumption of your Servers, Backups, licenses or interventions of the Cloud Pros. If the status of an invoice is 'Pending' it means that we have not received the payment, as soon as we receive it you will receive your invoice by email and it will appear in the list as 'Settled'.
If you want to receive the invoice in another email different from the one you use to access your customer panel, it is very easy! Modify the e-mail address in the 'Billing Details' section of the 'ACCOUNT' tab.
