If you can't access your server, don't panic! First, check that the status of your server is Active. In this article, we explain how to check the status of your server and, if it is not Active, how to start it again.
Check the Status of Your Server
In the client panel, select Servers/My Servers to view the list of servers you have created in Clouding. In the Status column, you can see the server's status. The following example shows three servers with different statuses: the client server is Archived, the client02 server is Powered Off, and the FTP server is Active.
Activate the Server
Whether the server is Archived or Powered Off, the process to start it up is the same. In the list of servers, click on the three dots in the right column and select the Start option from the dropdown menu.
