You can find the steps to access PHPMyAdmin from a Plesk control panel in the following article:
- Click the option “Exportar”.
- On the next screen, select the checkbox “Enviar" (generates a downloadable file) to generate a .sql file
- On this same screen, you can configure various specific settings, but unless you need a particular option, you can leave the default settings and click the button “Continuar” to generate the backup file.
