As you already know, to access your Clouding account, you need a username (email address) and a password.
If you have lost your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Go to the Clouding homepage (https://clouding.io) and click the "Inicia sesión" tab.
- Fill in the “Nombre de usuario” field with the email address you used to register.

Click the tab “¿Has olvidado la contraseña?”.
- You will immediately receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
