Once connected to the server, click the Start menu and type "Language settings" as shown in the image. Click "Language settings" (System settings).
As you can see in the new window, only "English" is installed. To install a new language, click "Add a language".
A filter will appear with the languages available to install. In this example, search for "Español (España)", click it, then click "Next" at the bottom.
Select all the options in the new window and click "Install" at the bottom
Once the selected language is installed, it will appear in the following list. Click "Options".
At the top, you will see a "Language pack" section. Click "Download".
Once the download is complete, a message will appear indicating that the language pack is installed. Click the arrow at the top left to go back.
Now, if you click the "Windows display language" list, the new language will appear. Select the new language.
You need to sign out for the changes to take effect.

Now click "cambiar formatos de fecha, hora o número"
Select the "Administrativo" tab and, in the "Pantalla de inicio de sesión y nuevas cuentas de usuario" section, open "copiar configuración..."
Set everything to Spanish by selecting both checkboxes
When you click OK, you will be prompted to restart. Accept so that the settings are applied throughout the system
To verify that all the changes have been made correctly, open CMD on your Windows server
To do this, search for "ejecutar":
Open CMD and enter the following command:
Dism /online /get-intl
