To copy files from your personal computer to your Cloud Server at Clouding, you simply need to connect via Remote Desktop from your computer. Once connected, from your personal computer you can download the file you need on your server and copy it by doing Right Click > Copy:
Then on the server, right-click on the desktop and select the Paste option:
This way, you will have copied the local file to the Cloud Server.
Connect Local C Drive to the Cloud Server
Another option is to enable the setting to connect your local C: drive before connecting via Remote Desktop, so you can access it from the Cloud Server:
Click on More... and then check the Local Disk (C:) option:
When you connect, go to File Explorer, and under This PC you will see C on PC. This represents your personal computer, and you can access and copy the files you need.
