In Clouding you can view the performance graphics of your cloud server from the control panel.
Below we show you how you can use it so you can make the most of it.
How to access
The performance graphics are available in your control panel.
If you click on the name server, you can see the "Statistics" tab on the right.
The performance data shown on the graphics
The very accurate data given by the performance graphics are the following:
- The CPU usage percentage.
- The operations per second (iops) of reading and writing to disc.
- The Bytes per second (Bps) of reading and writing to disc.
- The Bits per second (bps) received and sent through the public net.
- The packets per second (pps) received and sent through the public net.
- The Bits per second (bps) received and sent through the private net.
- The packets per second (pps) received and sent through the private net.
If your cloud server is stopped or archived, the performance graphics will not be kept.
Choose the time range
We keep performance graphics of your server for a 30-days period. Every 60 seconds a data point is created and you can select a time range in different ways.
For instance, you can select a concrete time range inside the own graphic. You only have to click with your mouse and select the one you want to be more detailed:
You can also select manually the time range that you want to view. In the right top you can see a "Time range" tab.
Below it, there is a drop-down that will allow you to view different time periods available shown in the graphics: last 15 minutes, last 6 hours, last 14 days, ..
The last option in the drop-down is "Custom range", which will allow you to choose the period of time you want the graphics to cover.
If you click on this option, the "Custom Time Range" window will open for you to choose the time range you want the graphics to cover. In the example, we've chosen from October 13 2020 at 08:10:00 until October 27 at 19:25:00.
Once you have chosen the time range, click on "SUBMIT".
That's it! You'll view the the data graphics within the time range selected.
